At Onlivera, every baby knotted gown and crib sheet is handled with care and precision to ensure it arrives in perfect condition—just as you envisioned. From packaging to shipping, we prioritize quality and reliability at every step.

 

 

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order:

  • Standard Delivery – approx. 4 working days

  • Express Delivery – approx. 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery – approx. 2 working days

📍 Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

 

 

📦 Shipping Rates & Order Weight

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your Onlivera products are delivered safely and on time.

Orders up to 25kg:

  • Shipped via standard courier services

  • All items are securely packaged to prevent damage

  • Delivery date selection available at checkout (when supported)

Orders over 25kg (for larger or bundled items):

  • May ship via freight or pallet service

  • Requires an accessible unloading area

  • Delivery will be scheduled in advance if needed

 

 

📅 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day

 

 

⚠️ Important Information

  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping fees may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply

  • Damaged Parcels: Please report any damage within 48 hours (with photos), and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
